I'm not from America and I don't know where you can get quality stuff online (lots of it is fake). But go to your doctor and say that sometimes you're having troubles getting hard while you're with your girlfriend and that it hurts your relationship and self-esteem. I've never tried it and don't require it, but a friend approached it like this and said it was very easy to get. It may be worth a shot.

You could try https://www.forhims.com/erectile-dysfunction/sildenafil

Their website blew up my mobile version of Firefox so I couldn't investigate pricing. (Obviously, these are hotshot young silicon valley programmers, not boring old farts like me who try to keep everything simple so it works on any system.) Anyway, a better idea is just stock up next time you travel. 50mg sildenafil in Ukraine is like $1.5 per tablet. Probably similar in Mexico, Dominican Republic, etc. Shelf life at least two years, so one buying trip per year should set you up.

Power banks (small and large). Small one to carry with you on days and nights out.
Viagra backup for those days when you really need it. I mix this up with vitamins and supplements to easily conceal them.
3 types of shoes, smart, casual and sporty
Cosmetics to keep up grooming
Cologne (1 is enough)
Condoms - get plenty as quality in a developing country may not be up to bar and possibly the size haha

https://www.lemonaidhealth.com/

This is legit. They can deliver or fill a prescription for your preferred pharmacy.

Any traveling player who likes to drink coffee needs a Vietnamese coffee press. They're lightweight, simple, and can be wrapped up in your clothing. Much better for travel than a glass French press.

The new breed of app controllable debit cards like Revolut and N26 (in Europe - I'm sure there are American equivalents) are fantastic for traveling. You get mid-market exchange rates instead of your banks crappy ones, no foreign currency ATM withdrawal fees, and can even buy foreign currency in advance to keep on the card if you think your home currency is going to decline in value in the near future.

You can also freeze/unfreeze the card with a few taps on the app only when you want to use it, see any transactions instantly as they happen, and can disable different types of actions (ATM withdrawals, contactless payments etc) whenever you want.

They're fantastic for traveling to anywhere with a different currency to your home country, or where credit card fraud is an issue.

They're really easy to get too - it only takes about 10 minutes.

^ Apparently Revolut is coming to Canada soon so I'll sign up whenever it's available.

If you keep a crypto wallet on your phone or computer you can trade BTC etc. for the local currency either at a bitcoin ATM or at a storefront, usually they don't give you the best rates so I'd only use it in an emergency if my other cards didn't work.

Kind of interesting. I've been flying in merino wool boxer briefs for years. Makes a premium base layer for heavy outdoor activity because it breaths well and naturally fights smells, and it works on long flights, too.

Amazon Prime has merino wool dress socks in 3-packs. I picked up a set for an upcoming trip and like them so far.

I got a 90 day supply of sildenifil from that forhims website. It just got mailed. We will see if it is legit or not.

An Aeropress, hand operated grinder and immersion heater are also options to mitigate unreliable coffee in places.

I have no concerns about them being legit, just price. What did you pay, for how many pills of what size? I'd look it up myself except the damn website blows up on my smartphone. I use 50mg, which costs about $1.50 in Ukraine for the cheapest generic.

In case you've never used sildenafil before, make sure to stay fully hydrated, otherwise horrible headache. Note that alcohol is a diuretic, so be doubly careful about hydration if mixing alcohol and sildenafil. Keep pissing clear.

In the Ukraine thread, I mentioned how water went out in my apartment recently beats of some jerk maintenance guy (maybe he wanted a pay raise or maybe just wanted to show who's boss, not sure of the whole story). It was out maybe 36 hours, back on now.

First thing I do upon checking into a hotel is get water tasks finished, in case water goes out later, as happens once a year or so even in western countries. Wash clothes, shower, shave if I didn't shave earlier in the day, fill 5L of water bottles which I use when camping. If long term stay, accumulate extra drinking water bottles from store.

I also advise learning to wash up and shave with just a tiny amount of water. Essential skill when camping in dry areas (unless you want to look and smell like a bum, thus inviting police trouble and refused service at hotels, stores, etc), but also very useful whenever water supply cut for any reason.

You should also be prepared for electricity to go out at any time, including while taking a crap but not yet finished, still need to wipe and/or wash. Happened to me in Guatemala. There I was, pants down, ass shit covered, unable to see or find toilet paper, barely able to find my shoulder purse which I had hung on a hook, late in evening, pitch black room back of some cheap bar, filthy squat toilet with piss and other filth all over the floor. After that experience, I was careful to always carry with me a tiny flashlight (or smartphone nowadays), plus one folded paper towel in my wallet as emergency toilet paper.

@shemp

It was $5. I do not know how many they sent me or what the strength is? I am going to change my debit card in a week or two. That way they cannot charge me for another months perscription. I just wanted to get my hands on some to try them out. My dick works just fine. Just curious to see what it is like, if I hit the turbo button? I was going to cut them in pieces and not take the whole things, just to see what it does.

$5 total? Now it sounds like a scam. $5 per pill sounds more like it. Expensive regardless of size, but that's because it's USA. Still a question of how many grams per pill, since they come in 20g, 50g, 100g sizes, or factor of 5 difference.

I used to buy the 100g pills and cut in half to save 25 cents per fuck, but then I decided what the hell, I'm paying the girl $200 per 4 hour meet, so an extra 25 cents to save the cutting hassle is justified.

I can't be the only one who finds this scene absolutely hilarious!

And the folded paper towel in wallet seems so much more practical than the flimsyass packet of kleenex in pocket (for those debaucherous nights out where I don't want a bag cramping my style).

Shemp,

They came today. 3 month supply. 20mg each. I think like 60 pills.

If you got 60*20g pills for $5 total, including the remote doctor "consultation", it must be an introductory discount. I now recall that forhims is one of those silicon valley startups with lots of investor money to burn running losses for a year or two, which is why they can afford this. If you are young, even 20mg should have a very noticeable effect.

I will send you pics. It was 5 bucks. That is why I was hesitant.
